If there is one thing to know about Oblique Seville it’s that he won’t let the world’s fastest sprinters come to Jamaica and walk away easily. The short sprint star has the weight of a nation behind him every time he sets his blocks and that’s why he can explode out of them. With a personal best of 9.81 in 100m, the former Calabar High School star has successfully made the leap to the next level having finished fourth in the last two World Championships. Working under the tutelage of legendary coach Glen Mills, Seville just keeps finding more gears. And once he gets into his final phase there’s enough time to look around with a cheeky smile.
