What do you get when you combine elite speed and 10 hurdles? The 2024 world leader in the 100m hurdles, Ackera Nugent. The Jamaican national champion and record holder ran a best of 12.24 and dipped under 12.3 on three occasions – she is consistently great!

Like all Grand Slam Track’s hurdlers, Nugent is feeling confident in her flat running abilities. And who can blame her? Back in 2021, during her first year of college at Arkansas, she blitzed an incredible 11.09 for 100m. As the hurdles keep coming, she keeps getting faster.
