About
Don’t worry – you don’t have to run a marathon yet! Grand Slam Track is giving the road warriors a new alternative to moving up in distance and that’s why we are thrilled to have Agnes Ngetich focusing on the oval during the 2025 season. Kenya’s young superstar turned heads when she clobbered the 10K world record running 28:46 at the start of the year to become the first woman to ever break 29 minutes. Just how fast is that? For some added perspective, she set the world record for the 5K (mixed gender) at the halfway point! And let’s not forget that her debut win at the Valencia Half Marathon in 1:03:04 is the second fastest in history. Now Agnes is back on the track!
